How much costs a gallon of liquid methane?

Question

I'm having my plant design subject now and my topic is to design a hydrogen plant in the Philippines, specifically in Leyte Province.

I have chosen a method which makes use of methane as a raw material, my problem is I can't estimate the market price of methane...

Anyone?. . . .

Its $13 per million BTU right now.

Google "natural gas price" to get info. Natural gas is mostly methane. Methane does not form a liquid at normal pressures and temp. The Wiki article explains how to convert between units.
