There is no Sacramento University - do you mean Sacramento State?

You could definitely look into off-campus apartments though! Find a roommate- look in Craigslist and the Pennysaver and Sac Bee and all that.

Now, for the tuition? It's extremely hard to determine it on your own, you'll have to call and if you can, schedule an appointment to talk to a counselor.

The counselors are quite nice here. They'll definitely help you out.
