How much could I get for mint condition luke skywalker?

My brother has had a 1997 doll of Luke Skywalker, mint condition. Never opened ever. How much do you think I'd get for this in the future? or even now.

From 1997 it wouldn't be worth more than a couple of bucks.  

The only ones worth a bit (and still less than $50) would be the one given away the ROTJ SE showings, or the Jedi Knight Luke variant that has a brown vest.

Depends on the series and its rarity, if you can get your hands on a copy of Lee's Toy Review at your news agent it should have a price, or do some research on eBay, as most toy trading is done there now, and it's a bit more of an accurate guide as to what the toy is selling for right now.
