Question:

How much could I sell my guitar for?

I have two acoustic guitars, but I know nothing about them and I never learned how to play.

One says "Montana" on it, I thought it was a yamaha, but I guess not. It doesn't have a case anymore either. It is a nice guitar for children or beginners. The only thing that is wrong with it is the fact that it is dusty lol.

The other one is very pretty (in my opinion). It doesn't have a name on it though and I got it off of eBay; it has a little plastic case to go with it. The guitar is a blue that fades into black around the edges and it has this vine thing with a hummingbird on the front. Oh, and it is bigger than the first one. It probably needs new strings though.

Anyway, I know they aren't really awesome guitars or anything, but I'd like to get something for them. So, I guess I'm asking...If you wanted to buy a guitar, (just by the description) how much would you pay for either one of those?

Thank you for your time! =)

  1. By the description im guessing the small one will sell for about 20 dollars and the big one maybe 40 dollars. Anyway if you arent too sure go to amazon or ebay to try to find a similar guitar or have a bidding price on one item start at lets say 15 dollars and see how much the price rises by.

  2. you give it to your friend

    uhm

i think you have a friend named lacey

    i dont know

    im psychic

    give it to her

    and she'll 'autograph' it

and you can sell it for millions

  3. It is best if you give the brand name and model number. The model is usually inside the guitar on a label. That info will help determine the value, but also the condition will help. You could go to ebay and search for the brand and model and see what they're selling for, or take them to a music store to get an opinion. They won't give you as much as you'd get selling it yourself. Good luck.
