Looks like a model 99.  These are really good machines -- unfortunately, Singer made a bazillion of them, so the supply is very high.  The model machine can go between $25 and maybe $60 or so on Ebay.  The stand won't help matters because it'll be expensive to ship.  If you're selling locally, then anything over $75 would be a good price for you -- buyers may feel $50 is more appropriate.
