How much customs do I pay on an 88p dress from China into the UK?

Question

The dress costs 88p from a Chinese Ebay seller, and the postage cost to the UK is £12 including £3 postage insurance.

If i get charged for customs how much would it be?

Nothing usually, if its over a certain ammount you would get charged customs, also if its marked as "gift" you wont have to pay any customs charges. I bought something for like £8 coming from hong kong and never got charged customs fees, so it shouldnt be any diffrent.
