How much daily exercise is enough for me to maintain my weight?

Also what exercises should I be doing? Is walking for 60 minutes each day enough?

  1. I would suggest going to The daily plate (link below) and entering your height and weight. It will then tell you how many calories you have to intake to maintain weight. It also adjusts for exercise.  


  2. do enough sit ups that your stomach hurts. then do that much every night until it gets easy. then add 20 more. keep the routine up.im at 350 sit ups a night. started at 50. i have abs
