  1. It's a category 3, but my biology teacher thinks it will even excel into the 4 or 5 category, because of a previous prediction, about it. The same man predicted that New Orleans would be washed off the map 15 years before Katrina hit. He also said that about California. I think, you should listen to the evacuation that is going on today and tommorrow. I hope the best for you and your family!

  2. I wish I could say the same thing also; I live in Zachary, LA. I think Gustav will do some major flood damaging, power outages, constructional damage to people homes or roofs, and heavy raining; With wind power. A lot of trees and trash will probably be all over the ground. The way Gustav is traveling is straight up through Louisiana; Hitting the coastal lines of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. There maybe other states included; I'm not sure though. T.S. Gustav is moving very slow and is heading out of Jamaica; On it's way to the Cayman's Islands before Friday night  or Saturday night. T.S. Gustav will probably be a category 3 once it makes landfall in the United States on Monday or Tuesday. Where is Belle Chasse, LA at? Is it towards New Orleans, LA? I live in the in-lands of LA, but it's not a plus that were safe either. T.S. Gustav will come right through the center of LA if it keeps going the rate it's going; Hitting New Orleans hard, Baton Rouge, LA, and everyone else. Let's pray tha T.S. Gustav moves and slightly turns from us and every other state by Monday or Tuesday. I've been so anxious and scared because New Orleans, LA has dealt with enough and so has the state of Louisiana period. I'm ready for T.S. Gustav; I was ready for the two bad b*****s Katrina and Rita. Please get prepared now; I know I am.

  3. Gusta may become a major hurricane after it hits hot open waters of the gulf.  Any one living in the LA area should be prepared and keep an eye on the tack of the hurricane.  Follow the progress on here.
