How much data can you download on the O2 iphone deal?

They say it is unlimited but I see some where that that is capped at 200mb, I have read else where that unlimimited means unllimited on the iphone pay monthly deals, is that true?

Unlimited is unlimited with the iphone but they have the 'fair usage' limitation which they imply is 500MB/month average.

if you g  over this they harass you with calls asking why you are downloading so much and with the 2.0.1 update over 300mB and downloaded automatically this can cause a few extra calls.
