How much data is one hour of live casino video feed?

Depends on how big (as in picture-wise) the video is.

Think of youtube as about 5 to 35 mb  or rarely up to 50mb per video for under 10mins.

I used DU Meter when I had a cap limit.

It tells you on your usage. You would need some type of bandwidth meter with a download "watcher" to be sure of your limits.

After the 3Gb, I'll bet they have you hooked up to pay xyz per Mb or Gb - extortionate too no doubt.

That depends on the quality of the video, the resolution, if it uses any codec, etc.  

A DVD is 4.5 gig and can hold about 2 hours.. But DVD is high quality.
