How much delay is there between satellite radio and normal FM radio?

Question

How much delay is there between true FM broadcasts and their satellite-fed broadcasts? I cannot measure it myself as I don't receive any stations on FM that broadcast online.

I would say it's around a 5 second delay. I have both, and the sattelite radio seems to be a few seconds behind...I;m not sure why though.
