Canada did a poor job donating only pennies per citizen

i was actually pretty unhappy about the amount of money we donated. we donated 1 million dollars, and as a developed country i think we could have done better. President Harper is actually pretty racist about Chinese people. but we Chinese donated about 3 million to the red cross.
