It paid for the majority of my Associates degree. I didn't receive much help after I got married though. Good luck in school if that is your direction!!

A lot--I received financial aid for pretty much my entire tuition, and I went to a private school, but I still had to pay for room and board and things like that.

financial aid pretty much covered tuition costs alone, not counting housing.
