How much did it cost you per person toget an advanced scba diver certification through naui?

im sure that every instructor may have a different price... im just trying to get an idea

I haven't done it, but some friends went through PADI and I think it ran about $1000 by the time all the bills were paid.

Advanced open water is the second level, after your open water. If you currently have no certification then you'll need to do both courses, which will run you about 500 bucks, on average. Usually the open water is about 300 bucks and the advanced is around 200-250.

I recall it cost about $300 but that was like 10 years ago (PADI).  It is a significantly shorter class than open water and there isn't pool time so I wouldn't expect it to be much more than that.  I was in a class with another person so it was practically one to one supervision.
