The federal government has a budget for roads

- Each state has its own budget for roads

-- Each county of those states have their budget  for roads

--- Each Township has their budget for roads

---- Each town has their budget for roads

And you'd have to get with each and every one of them

in all 50 states to find out and that in its self would seem as a life time cause to get a response from each and every one of them is
