How much did your IUI cost?

And where do you live? Did insurance cover any of it?

Just curious to see if the cost varies a lot from place to place.

My insurance covered it, all i paid was co pay of $15 but the cost was 700-800. I live in texas.

Mine was covered by insurance, but the whole procedure was about $900- that included the ultrasound beforehand, the s***n washing, and the actual procedure.

I'm in the Philly suburbs.

My insurance will be covering it.  I live in PA and the entire price is $1200 per cycle.  That covers all of the blood work, ultrasounds, s***n washing and the IUI.
