How much did your engagement/wedding ring cost?

My sister just got proposed to & her fiance purchased her a $6,500 Tiffany and Co 3 stone diamond ring. It's gorgeous! I definitely want one that nice when i get proposed too haha ;)

My engagement ring?  i don't know , I only know that is is white gold and from the 1950's and we have it insured for $4,000  

My wedding ring however , was free!!  Its a family heirloom from the 1920's , we had it insured at $7,000   after the wedding I will not wear my engagement ring anymore , and it will be re-sized to fit another finger.

Just under $6,000.  It's a 1.02 carat center stone, with 3/4 tcw side stones, 18k yellow gold and platinum setting.

we bought my bridal set used for 240$ lol. I should point out that it was MY idea and that i picked out that set . hehe... my poor fiance, he's the one who was all like "are you sure??"... I think he's afraid people will judge him based on the ring set... we'll be telling our families about our engagement in less than 2 weeks when we have a get together at our house, I'm sure it will be fine. I've always been a simple gal and i'm sure my ring selection will not surprise anybody. I should also point out that this was voluntary and we could have purchased more if we wanted to, I just prefer to purchase a big screen TV and other things for our new home right now... My fiance thinks i'm the best fiancee ever ;)   LOL

In any case, i just feel that it's a personal choice and as long as the couple is happy and not overly endebtted then it's all good in my opinion.

I neither  know nor care. Women who get hung up on how much those  particular items of jewelery cost are totally missing the point of why they got them in the first place.

4500.00 all together.I really wanted him to not waste more than 3000.I'd be happy with a set that cost 1500.

I think mine was around $4000....but I don't know exact amounts. We don't have our wedding bands yet but mine will be a 1ct eternity asscher band.

10,000 it's very big but not as big as my cousins that got a 6k ring mine is about a 5 karat ring

Mine was over $11,000.

I DID NOT pick it out. I am NOT a flashy women, and at first I thought it was just too much, but over time I've fallen in LOVE with my eye catching diamonds. My fiance did a great job.

I have no idea, on my original engagement wedding rings, that was 34 years ago....on our 25th wedding anniversay my husband game me a new ring and band.....I had my first wedding band and ring melted down and made into a necklace with the diamond in the middle....and its tacky to ask how much something costs

$1,700 and i love my rings =) its not a tiffany ring but there pretty.  mine is a 3 stone too, here i'll send a picture!!!!

Engagement ring, wedding band, and 1 year anniversary band cost 1200$ But i prefer them over any treasure in the world!
