And how much difference does it make if you use a powder sponge as opposed to a big fluffy brush?

  3. For me, a big difference, my mascara has to work less.

    A powder sponge will make your makeup look cakey, and some of the powder will be more concentrated on certain areas.

    A brush is ideal, it spreads the product evenly.

    Curl your eyelashes first and then apply a coat of mascara.

    Don't curl your eyelashes after applying the mascara, it causes your eyelashes to easily come off, plus it makes it look too clumpy.

    And a powder sponge, applies powder much better than a big fluffy brush.
