Finding an escort agency that hires BBW might be pretty hard.  Most are very picky about the type of girls they choose.  Your best bet is to place an ad in backpage.com or on craigslist.com in your location.  You can put a description of yourself and a picture with your hourly rates.    You have to put somewhere on your ad that your rates are for your time only...not an offer for prostitution (very important)!  I work for an escort agency in Oregon and make about $2,000 a week.  Good luck and I hope this helped you a little.
