How much do Chick-fil-a operators make in a year and are they happy with their job?

I work at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant and i can tell you that i have witnessed over 5 operators come and go from our store in less than 2 years. The first operator found it way to stressful, his family was put through therapy because of it, and he decided to give up and sell it back to cfa. So after that we had a series of interim managers, until our current owners came along. They love their job, and are expecting a child. So really, it depends on how much work your willing to put into it, and if you are willing to make cfa a main priority. As far as salary goes, it really depends on the stores location and how much money it makes. Not all operators are at a set rate. So, the better your store does .. the better you will do.

i do know that chick-fil-a is a great company to work for and they provide a lot of room to grow and vigorous training opportunities.
