Well usually your baby will let you know when he/she is hungry. If there's no wind and a clean nappy it generally only leaves one more possible solution that he/she is hungry!

A breast fed baby will generally need to be fed every 3 hours where as a formula fed baby will feed every 4 hours. All babies are different and if varies tremendously.

You mean new born? Mine was about 120ml every 4 hours. But give more if he/she wants more. Monthly check ups are important to see if the baby is thriving
