1. pay the new price

  2. ur going to pay the $330 price. u dnt get any price break; ur in a contract, tht u jus sign only 2 mnths ago. it will cost u at least $200 to get out of the contract w/ at&t. so look at it this way; $200 to break the contract, plus wht ever the price of the new phone.

  3. If you are still on the contract with your mom and dad they can add the cost of the phone to the next bill and you would walk out the door without paying anything up front.

If you go on your own and you do not have credit that phone is going to cost you $400.00 for having no credit ( reimbursed after a year with no disruption in service) plus the cost of the phone and the service contract

    Personal Experiance

  4. This phone will cost you 279.99 without a contract from the website. This is not a bad deal as an LG VU is retailing around 325-350 on ebay. I would highly recommend this phone to you if you already have a data plan as many of its features (i.e. gps etc.) use a lot of bandwith. This is a really good phone and the T-mibile's sidekick pales in comparison. Although the sidekick is cool it has many disadvantages as it is bigger and bulkier than this phone and does not have as much functionality. If you want a phone to look cool and don't care about the bulk go for the sidekick. If you are serious cell phone user and want a phone with great options and functionality go with the VU. I would also suggest that you look at AT&T's Tilit ... which is arguable the best phone out there for AT&T right now.
