How much do I have to weigh to fit in a 00, and have a 23 inch waist if I'm 5'3 and a half.. ?

To fit into a size 00 you need small hips and bust, not just a 23 inch waist. Some people can never be that small due to their bone structure.

why?? personally i think thats too skinny

um you should weight about 100 lbs if u wanna fit in a 00

but remember that every store/ brand size is different

like.. me, i'm 0 at some places and 2 at others

Around 100 ilbs, but you can squeeze in at 105. Right now i am 99 ilbs and fit. You can get your jeans at pacsun or macy and if u want name brands such as true regilion or sevens then go to nordstorms or online. i hope i helped!
