Exercise if I eat around 650-700 calories a day? I know that it doesn't sound like a lot, but I am really short (5'2), so I can't eat 1,000 calories like people my age can. (I'm 15). I'm starting to run/jog/walk everyday along with dancing for about 30-45 minutes a day. So how much exercise do I need?

Oh, and I'm trying to lose around 5-10lbs. I currently weigh 105-106lbs.

  1. You are annarexic, PLEASE GET SOME HELP!!! I am 15 and if you would get any less weight I would not think anyone under 105 is good looking. And I like my girls skinny. Please get some help you have a problem if you do not get help you will ruin your life!


  2. first of all, you dont need to lose weight.

    but if you wqnt to...that is a goood diet.  

    but try to raise the calorie level to 1200.

    that would be far less difficult. and you

    would still lose the weight. your excercising

    is pretty good, stick to that. you seem young.

    just remember that your young and you should

    just be having lots and lots of fun.

  3. 60 minutes a day of something like running and dancing are really really good, as for food eat things like pasta, fruit, tuna and chicken.  

  4. It is recommended for a 15 year old female who is not active to eat 1800 calories a day. For female who is physically active should eat  

    2000-2400 calories.

    Don't exercise. Because you will most likely burn up the calories from walking.  

  5. I think how much exercise you're doing sounds perfect. I don't think you need to change your weight at all. What you weigh is what a person my height (5ft) should weigh. But oh well, I can't change your mind. You may actually not be eating enough. Your metabolism requires more calories a day, so the less you eat, the less your body can use up. If you absolutely MUST eat that little amount of calories a day, at least eat about 5 times a day. This will raise your metabolism and you will lose weight extremely fast.  

  6. I think that is enough. it only requires 55 minutes 5 days a week to lose weight while properly dieting.

  7. 103 is the lowest a women should weigh a 5'2", according to BMI and 650-700 calories is even too low for a person of your height. Personally I don't think you need to worry about your weight. It seems like you could develop an eating disorder with your plan. Why do you want to weigh less than 100 pounds?
