Exercise if I eat around 650-700 calories a day? I know that it doesn't sound like a lot, but I am really short (5'2), so I can't eat 1,000 calories like people my age can. (I'm 15). I'm starting to run/jog/walk everyday along with dancing for about 30-45 minutes a day. So how much exercise do I need?
Oh, and I'm trying to lose around 5-10lbs. I currently weigh 105-106lbs.
