How much do UPS Drivers make a year?

I used to have a UPS driver on my route who held a B.S. degree but elected to go with UPS because he had a greater earnings potential.   As I recall, a driver gets a substantial increase in pay after 10 years, according to this guy who I would consider a friend and a very content UPS driver. I do not feel comfortable asking how many dollars anyone makes.  But, proof is in the pudding.  I have known several of the drivers, men and women, and they all seem very happy and long termers with UPS.  You have to work.   And the day is not always over at 5:00 p.m. like some "professional" jobs!
