anyways, if you had the chance to run Pierre Mcguire's head through a wall, would you? I WOULD.

The guy is a FIRST CLASS IDIOT.

Everything he says comes out stupid, don't get me wrong, he's a knowledgable guy.. inside..

does anyone remember that almost dergetory term he used to describe when Carey Price was drafted? it refered to his herritage, when i heard that i almost fell outta my chair.

and for anyone who knows Mike Commodore knows he doesn't like Pierre either.

The guy needs to get a reality check. he needs to think before he speaks.

and he's gotta stop letting 3 year olds name his segments. "McGuires monsters" lol, that's something a 3 year old would say. although what that 3 year old was really trying to communicate was.. "MCGUIRE IS A MONSTER"

I've always questioned myself if I hate Pierre McGuire more than Gary Bettman. And I really hate Bettman. It's close but I think I hate McGuire more. He hasn't a clue what he's talking about and he can make hockey look bad. He's a TROOL!

WHAT WAS NBC THINKING!!!!!! Mike Emrick is ok, but Pierre and Olckyk are so so annoying. Pierre is way too much of a know it all, and olckyk just plays favorites with his teams. he is so anti-penguins because he was fired because he was a ridiculously sucky coach!!!!!!!!! anybody else notice that?

I have to disagree with everyone - Pierre actually does know his stuff (I listen to him on the radio every week-day morning during the season)...He gets a lot of inside info and he never spreads BS rumours (like many newspaper reporters...) Sure, he can get a little excited during games broadcasts, but thats just because he cares and when you think about it, he is just energized/excited - this isn't golf we're watching...I hope he gets a coaching job someday, because I think that is his true passion...'

Anyway, leave Uncle Pierre, ooops, I mean Mcguire, alone (jk!)...there are many worse than he...

Yeah Chris, I don't get it either. He has the background and should know what he's talking about, but somehow he just loses it when he gets behind a microphone. You'd have to think he's been around hockey enough to know the difference between an outstanding play and an ordinary play. I'd hate to see him at home, probably wants to switch to doing play by play and practises it every morning:

"Good morning everybody for TSN, I'm Pierre Maguire now lets check out the action... Maguire charges right down the centre of the hall, the Mrs. tries to cut him off at the bath-line and Maguire throws and thunderous body check. Now lets watch this in slow-motion, no way does he get that elbow up intentionally. OK, back to live action, Maguire readies him self for the face-off, drops his jammies and reaches in, WOW WHAT A MONSTER !!!!"
