  1. I live there

  2. I know that Venezuelan people are very warm and inviting. I went there for 7 weeks two years ago and I LOVED it.  This is what I know of Venezuela :Rumba rumba rumba....empanadas and arepas....chicha, quesillo, and HALLACAS!!! This past Christmas I made Hallacas!!! Oh, so much work....but they are worth it.  I went to Morocoy and the Sambil is my favorite mall if ALL THE WORLD....I love that you don't pay if someone CALLS your cell phone, and the Children's Museum was AMAZING!  I went to three shows at the Teresa Carreno theatre, I saw the Lincoln Center Jazz Players including Winton Marsalis there, and the most AMAZING  Tango dance group from Argentina!!! El Hatillo was a delight and the Metro there is better than most i've seen....I can't wait to go back...I want to go to Merida, I want to go up the Teleferico, and Margarita Island is on my list of places to go before I die.  And the best part of all is that I am MOVING TO VENEZUELA in less than a month! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Not a lot, but your president is a little ...out there.

I am fascinated by your tepuis and would really like to visit one day if I have the means and it is safe.

  4. Would love to go to Venezuela but without Chavez. I know tons of people who are fleeing the country as Chavez is turning Venezuela into another Cuba, with his people eating well and taking the land of several owners. It is a beautiful country which has gone into the hands of a mad man. I hope venezuelans will be strong enough to get rid of thet man so that tourism will again be a huge income for them. I would love to go to Morrocoy on day.

  5. Yup! I'm venezuelan...but i don't live there..anyways i vowed not to ever return there...

I was shocked when i went last year...couldn't believe my eyes how Venezuela is changed..it's really messed up...

I was born in edo carabobo..valencia...and my grandparents live in guacara...
