Pretty much, the more money you make, the harder the job is.  If it was easy, they don't have to pay as much, to get someone to do it.  That's the way the world works.

If you are looking for an easy job,

Don't waste your time looking at an insurance company.

In general, insurance company jobs are not easy and certainly are not for people so lazy they want big money and easy jobs.

For an accountant's job in an insurance company, you would have to work in their home office, wherever that may be. So you would have to relocate if the HO is not near you.

I don't know about accountant's salaries, but if you are a CFO (Chief Financial Officer), the salary would be up in the high six figures, if not in the seven-figure range.
