How much do broadcast meteorologists make?

I will be going to SUNY Oswego and Cornell for broadcast meteorology. 1). Is a Baccalaureate Degree all I will need to find a nice job in a small/mid-sized city in the Northeast? 2). How much can I expect to earn?

1) Yes, but a master's degree increases your chances of being hired not to mention they are paid more.
