Dunno about the cheapest.  The most expensive will probably run you about $20,000 a season.  They typically include "platinum" (close to stadium) parking and access to clubs / restaurants that the "regular" customers can't get into.  There's not much difference in cost between a lower-level seat in the first 10 rows, just off the half-court line, and a skybox seat.
