How much do cheesecake factory servers make?

I would disregard the previous answer.. it sounds rediculous. I'm pretty sure they are paid by how much cheescake they serve and can resist to eat. Its a rationof the two for example, if for every 20 pies they serve if they only eat 2 slices that determines the wage they recieve come clock-out time. Thats how it was for my cousin. Glad to be of assistance.

every state has "minimum wage" and then a seperate minimum wage for tipped employees, which is just over 4.00 in Ill. right now, I believe Mo. is under 3.00, it would just depend on your state.

My aunt works there- Lives in Schaumburg IL (suburb of Chicago) She makes approx- 3.00-4.00 per hour - HOWEVER this is because her tips are calculated as wages - It is legal. And she brings home at least 120.00-150.00 a night in tips - so about 600-750 a week. This is in Illinois- Im not sure of anywere else.
