How much do dealers make at connecticut casinos?

Dealers here in CT make $4 an hour to start, more with experience.  Then as stated, all tips are pooled and split, generally adding about $10 an hour on average to wages.

I go to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun all the time and I am not sure of the toke rate there. I'll have to ask a few dealers next time I visit which will bet tomorrow night. I know they do make decent money though.

The one thing I do know is that poker dealers at Foxwoods do not keep their own tips like most casinos in the U.S. They pool their's with every other dealer.
