im thinking bout my career and i really like criminal justice and love forensic files so im thinking bout being a firearms examinar.....sorry bout my spelling lol

  2. It's nothing like it's like on TV. It's long,boring and lonely hour's. For example you may work one Murder a year, and that's if you're lucky. For example, the real job of a CSI would be checking 20.000 Bank Note's for Fingerprint's, he literally had to dip the note's in something called a Nin Hydrant (Work's by reacting with the protease in the grease on the latent finger print and leaves a pink precipitate) He was sat in a Lab on his own doing that for 4 week's.

    As people have said before CSI's don't make a great deal of money, you probably start on 18-20 thousand pound a year (in England) but considering the education you have to go through and the hour's you have to work it isn't really a great investment.
