ok i walk to school and backwhich i s at about 1 mile on wayi walk there everyday with my friendafter school i walk to this park name heritageand that is about 2 and a half miles there aloneand of course backand i play therehehehe im 14i ride a bike about an hour a dayplus with someone on the pegsand she weighs 150i weigh 160will i loose weight eventuallyand im on a 1400-1500 caloire dietim 145/8160 poundsmostly musclelike im tonedbut my stom ac has a thing layer of fatand what else can i do a dayhow long should i runi think i should run 30 min a day so it = 3 mileswhat should i do?and can i still run during colder seasonsand how about winter when there is snow?please any comments what i should do to loose 35 pounds in 8 months is super appraeated
