How much do i have to walk everyday?

ok i walk to school and back

which i s at about 1 mile on way

i walk there everyday with my friend

after school i walk to this park name heritage

and that is about 2 and a half miles there alone

and of course back

and i play there

hehehe im 14

i ride a bike about an hour a day

plus with someone on the pegs

and she weighs 150

i weigh 160

will i loose weight eventually

and im on a 1400-1500 caloire diet

im 14

mostly muscle

like im toned

but my stom ac has a thing layer of fat

and what else can i do a day

how long should i run

i think i should run 30 min a day so it = 3 miles

what should i do?

and can i still run during colder seasons

and how about winter when there is snow?

please any comments what i should do to loose 35 pounds in 8 months is super appraeated

  1. It's not so much how many calories you are taking in, as much as where they come from. You can eat all sugary foods and stick within your diet parameters.

    To lose weight, you need to consume: lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs.

    Cardio work should fall between 30-45 minutes per day. Meals should be split into 6-8 per day. Never skip breakfast

    Colder seasons: You can run up and down steps, jump rope inside, and jog on warmer days.
