How much do i need to lose a pound?

ok so yesterday i walked 10km in about 3 hours. i did 100 push ups, 500 situps. the day before that i did 20 pushups, 100 situps. today i did 600 situps 200 pushups. no walking yet but i would like to lose about 5 pounds to get rid of this pregnancy fat since my daughter is now 8 months. help please :)

  1. You are being obsessive about it.  Relax.  Life is too short to worry so much about 5 pounds.

    Play with your daughter.  Take her for walks in her stroller.  You'll get your exercise, and she'll be happy to spend time with you.  


  2. your overexagerating and obsessing, if you do 600 situps (yah right) then you might want to slow your roll a little bit
