i need to buy stamps.

and i dont live in the states, i am in england.

You need to be clearer about this a bit more.

Each state in the USA has it's own prices. So it will really depends on which state will it be going out from.

It also depends on the weight of the package and the size of it.

I'm intrigued though to  how will you send a USA mail form UK :-)
