well depends were your coming from if your coming from the NE of America its a 400-500pound flight, and the U.K. is a very expensive place to be in, things arent cheap, about 2000,3000 pounds for 2weeks i would say

It's not so expensive if you have your head on your shoulders and not buying without first thinking. Night in a hostel from £12... Go by bus or coach - train is expensive, fly with Ryanair, buy food at Lidl or Aldi or Netto or Iceland shops...
