how much would i pay for a house that is 979,975 dollars. how much would i pay at first? please explain. lol i'm new at buying homes w/ my familyy

you will pay 979975 unless you offer less and they accept your offer.......

you will pay all at first unless you get a mortgage from a bank(a loan)....

usually you have to pay between 2 and 10 percent down.....

talk to the real estate broker and the bank loan manager.......the rules have changed since the sub prime problem
