How much do i tip??

I'm taking my son to get his hair cut today.

How much should i tip?

I tip 2 or 3 dollars

I tip the same way I do at a restaurant.  If the service is great, I'll give 20%...IF the service is okay, if your son gets an okay haircut...15%.  If you have problems with the stylist, *shrug*  pay the price of the cut and be on your way.  Just my opinion.

depends on if they do a good job.. if it's bad, tip less than a dollar or nothing. If it's good, probably more than $3.50.

Five bucks a haircut??? Boy, it's a generous country.

The hairdressers at chains such as Supercuts are perfectly ok with one buck.

15% is the norm.  If is a $12 haircut, I'd give $2.

At least 15% of the bill.  If you could tell they were trying to make conversation with him or make him feel comfortable maybe even a little more.

Don't tip with change, people hate that! Quarters may be okay, but try to round to the nearest dollar bill

5 bucks... if its a 10 dollar haircut... 2 bucks.... 20%, for me , is ok

If you are goping to one of those one price salons, at least $3.00.
