There was a tornado at my house last night and uprooted 3 trees and broke down 3 more. There are a few shingle and siding off my house. Is it worth filing a claim?

  1. It really depends on what kind of policy you have and where you are located.  In Texas yes they can be covered but in Oklahoma they are not b/ they have crazy windstorms.  You should be able to call your agent and ask if they are covered without opening a claim.  Good luck!

  2. IF the trees didn't land on anything, they aren't covered for wind on the standard policy.
