How much do kansas state fair food vendors gross on average?

I want to have a food booth at the Kansas State fair this year, but I have no idea how much a vendor averages, we want to sell drinks, hot dogs, polish sausage, corn dogs, etc..

I have been told in 11-12 days they can gross 10 to 15 K if you're good.
