  1. At the hospital inpatient pharmacy where I work at, newly pharmacy grads start off at $40/hr.

  2. It's a very low paying field considering the education they require. And nowadays a monkey could do it. They used to be chemists now they just take pills out of a big bottle, or rather a machine takes them out of a big bottle cause they're not sure you can count to thirty, and then dump them into a little bottle.

  3. Go to the occupational outlook handbook and type in pharmacists and you will find the average:

    http://stats.bls.gov/search/ooh.htm

Note: A pharmacists can make more depending on where they work (city, company, etc.), if they have an additional job (or work beyond the traditional hours).

Example: Some pharmacist have a side job / part time beyond their full time working in prisons - that may require a pharmacy. Prisons have to provide medical care and medication for its prisoners who may have issues such as asthma, high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.

I just read and article in the newspaper where one of our local pharmacist was being mentioned and they were talking about how much money he was making - like it was a crime or something - the man was hustling (legally that is) by working an additional job in the prison.

  4. Approximately $72 thousand a year in Texas.

  5. if your talking abou the pharmicist (streetball player) they get about 6 digits per year i think but i don't think you are
