How much do plasterers with a couple of years experience get paid in Ipswich?

They have not taken a course as of yet but they have a couple of years experience and work very hard ! !

If they are self taught plasterers i.e. they have not taken a professional course, not very much. It doesn't matter how hard they work, do-it-yourself plastering is a no no. Are they insured? Are they members of any professional bodies?
