How much do professional golfers get paid for wearing those caps with the different logos on them--like Nike?

It's not just the caps, they play the clubs and wear the gear. Sponsorship is a big part of golf, without them they would be barely making a living. They sponsors usually also get a cut of the winnings. It's an investment to them.

Depends on their contracts. I've never heard of a min/max of pay ,it just varies.

A lot...depends on the pro's name...they got bonus when they are top 5, top3 and when he/she won.

Did you know that Nike, I heard, has Olympic athletes sign away their right to freedom of speech about China and the Olympics, or else they get sued about their endorsement money??  I heard this mentioned on BBC Radio (British Broadcasting Company )
