  1. They get paid a Big Mac Fries and a shake


  2. Nothing.

    Maybe a bit of boot money now and then.

    But they aren't professional.

    Most of the first division isn't even professional.

    I think only Northampton Saints and Cornish Pirates will be fully professional next year in Div 1
