How much do shift leads get paid at starbucks?

I know Starbucks in Utah follows the California state law, but do they all?? I'm going to be starting a shift lead job and I'd like to calculate how much I'm going to be making.

I have no clue about the area that you are at, In Oklahoma it is between 8.75 and 10.50 depending on the city, and our minimum wage is 7.75  so prob between 9.50 and 12.50 for your area. And to the gentleman that does not like Starbucks coffee, I am sorry you had a bad experience. There are good and bad stores just like any company.

i all depends on your location.  starbucks does not pay all shifts in the us the same.  it depends on your cost of living for your area.  i live in ms and baristas make 8 and shifts make 10.50 an hour.  in washington baristas make 9.25 an hour so it depends on your area.
