How much do stamps cost as of July 2008 in the USA?

Standard 1st class stamps are $0.42.  Stamps are also sold in other denominations.  I see $0.01, $0.05, $0.27, and $0.41 stamps on the USPS website.

To send a letter first-class it is 42 cents. It is 27 cents to send a small postcard. Large postcards are 42 cents. If your letter is irregular in size or shape or it weighs more than an ounce then you'll have to pay more. Check www.usps.com for more detail.
