All I know is the average starting salary for an airline pilot with a degree starting out was just over $100,000 two or three years ago... not sure now though sorry

An FO would make $24 per flight hour during his first year.  The next year it would go up to $28.  Flight hours start from the time the plane pushes from the gate until it comes to a stop at its destination.  A pilot can figure between 75 to 95 hours of pay per month.

A rule of thumb to find annual pay is to take the hourly pay and add three zeros.  So you could expect about 24 grand the first year.
