  1. "Go in the hole!" is the most annoying thing to hear when you are watching golf on TV. It is poor golf spectator ettiquette and the PGA needs to look at it. It is clearly a frivolous interjection and despite the fact it rarely affects a golfer's address, it is disrespectful to the royal game of golf.

Course rules for spectators exist, but cheering and whistling have always existed after a shot has been made. The fact is that golf, is not the same spectacle as other sports. It is more of an audience crowd than a baseball crowd.

Golf crowds of the 21st century are reflective of a changing society. It is a society that is becoming disrespectful of institutions of tradition. Not only disrespectful, but derisively so.
