How much do u reckon it would cost me to start an aircraft manufacturer firm like cirrus?

More importantly, how much do u think it would cost me to design and construct a line of aircraft similar to those of the cirrus SR-22 but with my design?

bet you could do it with less than $20million, if you have contacts in the industry and in the FAA

it all depends, anywhere from millions to several billion. if u want to start a firm its gonna be the later.

At a minimum, dozens of millions of dollars, and more likely several hundred million dollars.

Start with 20 million!!

I couldn't even begin to estimate the costs, however the certification process alone would be millions and millions.
